Writer, Producer, Cultural Critic

Ellice D. Ellis is a podcast producer and writer from Washington, DC. Currently based in Los Angeles, California, she is a 2020 graduate of the USC Annenberg School of Journalism with a BA in Journalism.

Ellice currently serves as Director of Podcast & Digital Content at Therapy for Black Girls, a leading mental health podcast.

Under her leadership, the show has earned an NAACP Image Award, Ambie Award, Webby Award, and Signal Award. She oversees production, builds partnerships with organizations like Disney/Pixar, Chase, and Spotify, and translates intimate podcast conversations across Instagram, YouTube, and Patreon.

Ellice is also the founder of A Few Minutes, a creative studio and Substack newsletter. Through A Few Minutes, she has produced cultural events including a 2022 conversation with Tela D'Amore of Who Decides War in NYC and a 2025 experiential mentorship event for Nike’s Air Max Muse in Washington, DC, in partnership with SNIPES.

As a cultural critic, Ellice writes about Black culture, music, media, and design. Her work has been published in Teen Vogue, Rolling Stone, and GRAMMY.com.

Ellice is a 2026 Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in Media.
